Payment Terms:

  • Full payment is due upon service completion and before the technician leaves.
  • Payment methods: CASH and UPI ONLY, payable to ‘Endservic’*. ( Payment Details )
  • Any repairs may require pre-authorization, which will be discussed with the customer.

Service Call Fees:

  • ₹350 visiting fee applies to each visit, regardless of repair completion. Covers technician’s time and travel.
  • Additional service call fees may apply for return visits.
  • Service call fee applies if the technician arrives and the customer is unavailable or the appliance is inaccessible.

Parts and Labor:

  • Estimates: Clear, written estimates provided before any work begins. Your approval is required. No surprise charges.
  • Parts: We offer various part options (OEM, aftermarket, etc.) and explain the differences. We’ll keep you informed of any part delays. Parts are warrantied.
  • Labor: Skilled technicians perform the repairs. Labor charges are clearly stated upfront. Our labor is also warrantied.
  • Warranty: Comprehensive warranty on both parts and labor, as specifically detailed on your service bill. Warranty is only valid if explicitly stated on the invoice/bill by the technician.

Warranty:

  • Three months warranty on repairs, covering parts and labor(Warranty is only valid if explicitly stated on the invoice/bill by the technician.)
  • Warranty covers workmanship and installed parts defects.
  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, acts of God, or normal wear and tear.
  • Warranty claims must be within the warranty period and include the original service invoice.
